Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our life insurance sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and enhancing client relationships. Must be licensed or willing to obtain your State Insurance license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
